2004 PINOT
NOIR
Slightly longer skin contact during fermentation has produced a
wine of vibrant colour and flavour. The ripe black cherry and
earthy mushroom characteristics combine well with the the soft
tannins and crisp clean acids, making this an excellent choice to
cellar. Drink now or cellar 5 – 7 years 13.5% AL/VOL
2003 PINOT NOIR LIMITED STOCK
This variety is only suited to the cooler regions of Margaret
River and after a long ripening period the fruit was picked at
maximum flavours to produce a powerful style Pinot Noir. The dark
cherry and tobacco leaf aromas combine with the spicy French oak,
ripe cherry and raspberry to produce a complex wine with surprising
results. Drink now or cellar for 7 – 10 years.
13.4% AL/VOL
2004 MERLOT
Dark plum flavours so typical of this variety have been further
enhanced by 16 months maturation in new and old French barrels.
Hand picked from low yielding 25- year- old vines combining with
the rich earthy tannins make this and excellent choice to cellar.
Drink now or cellar 5 - 7 years.

2004 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Powerful rich ripe fruit. Clean earthy tannins, smokey oak nose
all combine for excellent drinking. Drink now or cellar 7 – 10
years

2003 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
A full-bodied wine combining black currant, earthy berries and
black olive flavours with dusty tannins. After 20 months in French
barrels this wine has only now been released. Will be excellent
drinking over the coming months or keep for a further 5 – 7
years
